Cormorant Cellars are unfiltered wines from grapes that are sourced from Sonoma County, Monterey County, and the Santa Cruz Mountains. They make their wines in a simple way to bring out the true flavors of the grapes. They began with Sauvignon Blanc and have now added Chardonnay and a blend of Grenache Blanc and Marsanne. They're also adding some red varietals to their collection coming soon.
